New Ruling In The Karen Read Retrial. The Court is allowing the information contained in the prosecutions new report from May 8, 2025. The prosecution contends this information is not new, but a response to the defense expert. The defense disagrees. Now I just want to see the reports because the arguments are so vastly different it’s hard to understand what the judge is looking at in making this ruling. When this expert testifies I’m very interested in how this comes in and if the opinion changed.
