Collaborating with people you admire is some of the most growth-oriented work you can do. 🧠 What you dont see behind the scenes is the process of improving communication and developing a fun/light healthy work dynamic (which are always challenges in kitchens). 🫂 What you do see is the finished, polished product or service at the end. This comes with hours of practice, editing, and brainstorming. Working with friends can be enlightening, challenging, and expansive.
