Meet @pazearr 💜⚽️ @pazearr is an organization based in Brazil that uses soccer as a tool to help children overcome social issues. Their incredible program As Jogadeiras (The Women Players) focuses on building confidence, self-esteem, and teamwork while fostering a network of sisterhood and mutual support. With more than 140 participants across four communities, As Jogadeiras is breaking down gender biases and promoting gender equality in sports 🏃‍♀️‍➡️⚽️🥅 “Being part of the Jogadeiras group means feeling welcomed by everyone and being respected. Even with a lot of criticism, I show everyone that I have a lot of potential,” says 12-year-old Debora Pimentel.
