A few months ago, we had the opportunity to meet Ryley: a bright, sassy, 11-year-old with a huge personality and an even bigger heart! Ryley lives with Pfeiffer syndrome, a rare genetic condition that has required nearly 20 surgeries in her young life. But you’d never know it from her smile ❤️ She’s full of energy, loves swimming, drawing, and making new friends. And when we asked her what dessert she loved most, she didn’t even hesitate: Flan 🍮 But not just any Flan, the kind her abuela makes. So we asked: what if we turned that Flan dessert into a cookie? She lit up.
