These GF empanadas ARE the moment 🌟🧚 All the things you can do with our puff pastry continues to blow our minds 💓   All you need:  ✨ 1 sheet Sweet Loren’s Puff Pastry ✨ Egg wash or milk wash ✨ Filling of choice (we used chipotle chicken & beans and cheese) ✨ Sauce of choice (we used avocado cilantro 🥑)   Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 425F. Roll out puff pastry, cut small circles out using a large cookie cutter or small bowl  2) Roll remaining puff pastry into a ball, flatten, and cut more circles until you use up the puff pastry 3) Add a spoonful of your chosen filling, close each empanada in half, brush with butter, milk, or egg wash then use a fork to crimp edges. Fully seal before baking  4) Bake for 15 min or until golden brown 5) Serve with favorite dipping sauce and enjoy 🫶   #sweetlorens #glutenfree #puffpastry
