Make a protein shake... but make it epic. It's been over a decade as a #Vegan and against all odds I still haven't withered away from protein deficiency just yet 🤷🏻‍♂️ I love being vegan. Like anything, if we want it to work for us we need to work for it and it takes time to understand what each of us may need individually when switching diets. But it is definitely possible to get all the nutrients you need and yes, protein, from a whole food plant based diet.
