@sunhomesaunas warms my heart… In all seriousness, with the heart issues plaguing my family and the recent loss of my dad due to hypertensive heart issues, I’m hoping to do whatever I can to avoid similar problems myself. The word on saunas is they’re a good part of a solution. My bestie, ChatGPT, ranked it the #2, right after getting my VO2Max out of the basement. Comes as a kit. And my wife and I installed it by ourselves. I’m old. So I needed the sauna to help with the sore bones afterward too :)
