Today’s workout is a simple chipper. Whether you are choosing the dumbbell or the kettlebell version, it will not disappoint. Because of the higher volume, we want you to choose a load that feels “accessible”. We are looking for a steady pace where there is no hestation in picking up the weight. For the single arm Devil Press, keep alternating arms until you complete 100 total presses (50 on each arm). For Team Kettlebell, perform one burpee then a KB snatch on one side before repeating the burpee and performing the KB snatch on the other side. Continue until 100 total reps are completed. Regardless of the Devil press or KB snatch, ensure you pay attention to the set up after the burpee on each rep before pulling from the floor. This one is a mental grind, but an awesome opportunity to work on staying focused on one rep at a time and being present where you are at!
