☃️ DAY 9 OF 12 DAYS OF PLANTMAS: FROYO SNOWMAN ICE CREAMS⛄️ This is by far the cutest Christmas snack we’ve made. We did a Christmas retake on our Easter ice creams and Ava was obsessed with how these turned out. I made these on the new @seedandsproutco silicone baking mat (seriously, the perfect colour for Christmas time 🌱) and stored the leftovers in their glassware range. You can get 10% off using “CAT10” 🥳 TO MAKE THESE: You can decorate them with whatever you like, and make them as big or small as you want, and these are a measure-by-eye type recipe, but here’s how we made 3 of them: ⛄️For the snowmen: we used around 1/2 a cup of coconut yogurt (opt for a brand that’s a bit thicker so they don’t spread loads) split across 3 snowmen. You can use vanilla or plain, and spread into two circles, approx 1/2cm in thickness, making the head circle a little smaller. Make sure they join at the neck slightly, then place a popsicle stick in the bottom circle, and cover with a bit of extra yogurt. To decorate use: 👀 Sultanas for the buttons and eyes 🥕 Small slice of dried mango or apricot, cut into small long triangles for the nose 😀 Flaxseeds for the smile ☃️ Desiccated coconut for a fluffy snow effect 🧣Strawberry slices for a scarf 🍓 And strawberry hats made with a small strawberry cut in half, and add a little white bobble with a bit of yogurt and sprinkle of extra coconut.
