💕 When all you can do is reach… One of the most tender and powerful moments in the New Testament is the story of a woman who had suffered for twelve years with an issue of blood. In her pain, isolation, and quiet desperation, she believed, humbly and fully, that if she could but touch the hem of the Savior’s garment, she would be made whole. And so, she reached. It was not a grand act. It was not done in front of crowds or with great recognition. It was a simple, trembling act of faith. But it was enough. The Savior stopped. He turned. And in a moment of divine love and awareness, He called her “Daughter.” She was not only healed, she was known, seen, and restored. There is great power in this story. Because many of us, in our own way, are reaching too. You may feel overlooked. You may carry wounds that no one sees. But I testify that the Savior Jesus Christ sees you. He knows your name. He knows your faith. And He honors every sincere effort you make to come unto Him. Like the woman who reached in faith, your small, sacred efforts are never lost to the Lord. They are received with love. And they are enough. The same Jesus who healed her, who stopped for her, will stop for you. He will turn to you. And He will call you His.
