The countdown has started. With less than two weeks to go until Lasse’s first middle-distance race, it’s time to put the final competition setup through its paces. As Lasse says, „It’s fast.“ The last few weeks have been all about familiarising himself with everything that comes with a different distance. New equipment (he has swapped his short sleeves for longer ones), a new nutrition plan, longer training sessions, and completely new routines. These routines have since become part of his everyday life.
