Being a dad is special… One of the first things my kids picked up and wanted to try at the gym was an @rxsmartgear jump rope. We got them rapid fit ropes (before they came out with kids ropes) and cut them down to the right size. It’s so cool to watch my kids gravitate toward the jump rope just like I did when I started with fitness. Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there!
