Heading into Winter, this is the time of year that the North Shore starts to wake up. Off The Wall gets that funky sandbar at the end section that just eats boards and Pipeline shows why it’s a wonder of the surfing world. Thoughts of OTW also bring with them memories of Todd Chesser. His act at that spot is something that, if you were there to witness, you never forgot it. Style, poise and balls are all things that come to mind when thinking of Todd.
