Keep your eyes peeled for orcas & puffins! 📍 Cape Flattery ▫️ Location: Makah Reservation, Olympic Peninsula, Washington State ▫️ Entrance fee: $20 per vehicle for a Makah Recreation Permit, which can be purchased online or in Neah Bay. Valid for a calendar year. ▫️ Trail: 1.5 miles roundtrip + 200 ft elevation gain ▫️ Pets: dogs allowed on leash ▫️ Facilities: restrooms at trailhead. There are no garbage cans along the trail - pack out your trash. ▫️ When to go: Open year round. Visiting any time of day is beautiful but sunset is particularly special!
