When we talked pants for this drop, I kept thinking about what it really means to have a pair you can rely on. The multi-pocket cargos & denims of the same nature became the backbone. Three shades of brown and black, each pocket and stitch tested for function, cut, and balance. The camo cargo pants were a way to push the design a little further while paying homage to brands we really love. Every pair is built to layer naturally with the rest of the drop. We spent weeks in the office testing proportions and pairing pants with jackets and flannels. Seeing them in action, understanding how weight and pockets worked in real life, reminded us why workwear needs to prove itself in the field before it looks good. The process of refining the pockets, deciding where to add closures, and understanding how everything sits when someone is working was as important as choosing the colors and dyes and graphic placement. Each decision contributes to making these pants something you can wear day in and day out. By the time we shot the lookbooks, the pants felt fully integrated with the rest of the collection. They are practical, but every detail was considered to make sure they hold up to real life situations without feeling heavy or restrictive.
