 Ingredients 17 Strawberries 
1 jar of nato de coco strained
1 cup of tapioca pearls
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 1/4 cups of matcha Ice is optional - can make it watered down
 1. Boil water, add tapioca pearls, and cook according to length of time on packaging. Drain and set aside. 2. Dice 8 strawberries. Set aside 3. Add 9 strawberries to a blender with a little water. Blend and set aside. 4. Mix matcha accordingly. Set aside. In a Bowl Add: 1. Diced strawberries 2. Jar of Nata de Coco (strained) 3. Tapioca pearls 4. Evaporated milk 5. Condensed milk 6. Pureed strawberries 7. Matcha 8. Ice - optional 9. Put in the refrigerator to chill 10.
