I Had The Pleasure Of Doing a Snatch Demo At @powermonkeycamp In Crossville, Tennessee! Keep in mind this was straight off a flight, 2 hour drive, and almost right onto the weights haha! Went up to some light snatches at 140 kilos/308 Pounds which felt really nice and room for so much more already at this point in my training plan! Absolute pleasure meeting everyone at the camp, truly a one of a kind experience with such wonderful people. Thankful to have made so many new friends!
