✔️ Restore mobility + strength
✔️ Improve posture and joint alignment
✔️ Release tension and stiffness 1. Bridge Press - 10 reps
Feet flat, hands behind you, lift your hips toward the sky. This opens your chest, activates glutes, and boosts hip mobility. 2. Counter Stretch - 1 min
Hands on a counter or sturdy surface, sink your hips back. Great for shoulder mobility, spinal decompression, and full-body release. 3. Thoracic Opener - 20 reps
From hands and knees, one hand behind your head, rotate and open through your upper back. A game-changer for tight shoulders and spine. 4. Goalpost Rotations - 30 reps 
Lying on your back with legs elevated, rotate your arms inward and outward in a goalpost position. This gently activates and resets the shoulder joint. 5. Pullovers - 25 reps
On your back, legs elevated, interlace fingers with straight elbows and reach overhead. Opens the chest, shoulders, and resets upper back tension.
