Here’s a simple exercise that can help bring you back into alignment: Stand against a wall with your heels, hips, and upper back touching. 
Now slowly glide your chin straight back—like you’re making a double chin—then release.
Repeat for 25 reps. This exercise activates the deep neck flexors and upper back muscles to retrain your posture and pull your head back where it belongs.
