This extends the spine and encourages proper thoracic alignment. 2️⃣ Wall Elbow Drops (10 reps): With elbows and back against the wall, place your hands behind your head. Gently drop through your mid-back to activate your upper spine and reduce slouching. 3️⃣ Wall Shoulder Blade Press (10 reps): Press the backs of your hands flat into the wall, then slowly drop through your shoulder blades.
