Ingredients: 1 small baguette (or ½ large baguette) 15 ounces ricotta (1 container) ¼ cup honey, plus 3–4 tablespoons for drizzling 1 pack blackberries, sliced lengthwise A few sprigs of fresh thyme, leaves removed Olive oil, for drizzling Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Slice the baguette to your desired thickness and arrange the slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Lightly drizzle both sides with olive oil. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until crisp and golden.
