The sweet-and-spicy combo makes the perfect finishing touch for savory dishes, like this Pepperoni Hot Honey Pasta Salad from @foodsofjane. Dressing Ingredients: 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/3 cup white wine vinegar 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 garlic clove, grated 1 tbsp Calabrian chilies 1 Roma tomato, grated 1/2 tsp honey A pinch of salt and pepper Pasta Salad Ingredients: 1 lb pasta, cooked and rinsed 1 cup pepperoni 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup mozzarella A handful of fresh basil leaves, chopped Burrata and hot honey, for garnishing Instructions: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta just past al dente. Once cooked, rinse the pasta under cool water and drain completely. In a large bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients, making sure the honey is fully dissolved. Add the pasta, pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil to the bowl, and toss until everything is well coated. Serve topped with burrata and a drizzle of hot honey. Enjoy! #poosh
