He's a shy guy who's looking for a calm, patient home where he can truly feel safe and loved.⁠ ⁠ Chief was surrendered when his elderly owner could no longer care for him, and the transition left him understandably unsure of the world. ⁠ ⁠ While it may take a little time for Chief to come out of his shell, once he trusts you, he's incredibly loyal, sweet, and quietly affectionate.
