Some of y’all might remember a struggle I’ve shared before: not being able to eat enough. Being a #PerfectBarPartner + finding @perfectbar has been a lifesaver. I’m not sure exactly what causes it (though I have a list of likely culprits), but every single day I genuinely struggle to eat three meals, or even one full meal. I often resort to eating things like four bananas, maybe an apple, a couple oranges… anything that doesn’t take too much effort. Not because I’m lazy, or not hungry, or simply “don’t care,” but because there’s something bigger going on inside that I’m trying to figure out. Throughout this process, @perfectbar has been helping me get in some good protein and nutrients on those days when only a banana and apple are on the menu. It’s a super quick snack I can grab from the fridge, and it fuels me way more than my usual go-to snacks! Just this one bar has 15g of protein, plus 20+ organic superfoods, so good! And of course, naturally, I decided to challenge myself: could I complete this super fun V7 at my gym while eating an entire @perfectbar?
