For when you’re craving something bitter and crisp after a day on the trail or the slopes, swap the gin for a crisp Organic Lager to make a Beericano (a “Beer Negroni”) 🍺🌲 It’s a no-fuss cocktail that’s refreshing apres anything: all you need is an crisp Organic lager, Campari, Sweet Vermouth and an ice-cold glass to serve it in. For a low-alcohol version, use our NA Golden Brew. 🍻 RECIPE: Ingredients: • 1 Organic Lager or NA Golden Brew • 1 oz Campari • 1 oz sweet vermouth • Orange wedge Instructions: 1. Chill a pint glass in the freezer, or by putting ice in it while preparing the rest of the ingredients. 2. Pour the Campari and sweet vermouth in the glass, and stir gently to combine. 3. Pour the beer into a separate glass. Use a milk frother or whisk to give the beer a foamy top. 4. Pour the frothed beer into the glass with the Campari & Sweet Vermouth. Mix gently (being careful not to dissolve the foam on top) 5. Squeeze a little bit of orange in the drink, and garnish with the orange wedge. 6. Enjoy!
