They’re a fifth-generation family business that has over a century of experience hand-packing artisanal tinned fish products. Our anchovies are prepared like Sardines - fully cooked with a mild and meaty texture, unlike the brown salt-cured kind you might put on pizza. They’re responsibly wild-caught in the Bay of Biscay, not too far from the cannery in Galicia.
