Yesterdays GFNY race offered the kind of weather that makes meteorologists consider a career in cycling: clear skies, gentle breezes, and temperatures that didn't require arm warmers or ice packs. As usual, the peloton looked like the UN General Assembly had decided to ditch suits and policy briefs for carbon frames and chamois cream. For our kit design we wanted to do something a little different this year. It started as a brush painting on wet watercolor paper and was then converted into halftone dots. And a standing ovation for Uli, Lidia, and the @gfny_world team for staging a bona-fide UCI Pro race on U.S. soil— in NY no less. With so few events of this caliber left stateside, keeping that flame alive is nothing short of heroic. #gfny #gfny2025
