I love these Mad Pizza 👅’s.

Called ‘Lingue di Pizza’ they are a traditional street food snack. Banging as an aperitivo and fun for kids.
Long, thin and crispy pizzas are perfect for cooking in the 18” @oonihq Koda 2 Pro. 
Made even more crispy because they are yeast-free.

HOW TO
For the Dough mix below and rest for 1hr only.
200 g -00 flour 130 g Semola
200 ml water 3g baking powder 8g olive oil
½ tsp salt

I made 5 out of the above.
Cut the dough into roughly 5 sections and press out or use a rolling pin to shape.

Toppings: Traditionally the topping is super simple just tomato, oregano and olive oil!🥫🫒🌿 I made mine a HOT👅 with Yok Chilli oil

Baking:
Heat the oven to 300C and turn the flame to low.
Baking time around 8 mins (when the edges are nice and charred)

Tip:
You might find it easier to bake all at the same time with a pizza screen.
If not use some tongs to help turn them.
