#AD Roasted Strawberry & Pistachio cream buns are my dream summer dessert, all mixed in the new @oonihq Halo Pro spiral mixer. Honestly this is something I wish I’d got my hands on years ago to level up my dough, especially for an enriched dough like this. The breaker bar makes the mixing more efficient there’s nothing worse than when the dough just gets stuck on the hook and spins around! Combine that with the RPM control, removable bowl, whisk and beater attachments - it’s a serious piece of kit! The bun is soft, and then filled with a strawberry compote, roasted strawberries and just an incredible pistachio diplomat cream. Such a good balance of sweet fruit with the creamy pistachio.
