It’s pretty lightweight for a pizza oven too, so it’s portable if you want pizza on the go! I use pizza ovens for more than baking pizzas, so I appreciate the finer temperature control the Koda 2 offers for low, medium or high heats (ranging from 100C - 500C). This means I can bake other bread items that require a lower baking temperature inside of it. The oven was designed to reduce hot and cold spots to ensure an even bake each time👌🏻 At 14 inches, the stone is generously sized - this is 20% larger than the stone in the Koda 12. The stone is also 50% thicker which means it retains heat more efficiently so you need less time to reheat between launching pizzas.
