July; let’s make it a Summer of self love. Save and share for somebody who needs that reminder this month 🍧🫶🏻🍦✨ -prioritise your peace -none else has your magic -choose joy over judgement -shine bright and stand out -style has no size -be proud of your progress -wear the damn outfit -you already have a ‘summer bod’ -you are more than enough Which of these resonates with you? For me it has to be ‘you already have a summer bod’ as I always feel a little anxious around wearing swimwear, paranoid that people are looking and judging, when in actual fact the only one who is judging me, is me… The other self love I want to carry on from June is ‘be proud of your progress’. Lots of small wins in June that meant more to me than any big deal or sales goals. It doesn’t have to be big to be meaningful. ❤️
