We just rapped up powering 5 weeks of travel starting with fishing West Coast rock fish. Traveled to Panama, Mexico, followed up with Alaska then back home to Huntington Beach and fished San Clemente Island. @okumafishingusa gave me the brand new Tesoro LDJ reel and two types of Slow Pitch rods to go with it. One slow pitch that’s a medium heavy and a jigging rod that was heavy. We put the slow pitch set ups to work and I am here to say that I absolutely loved it. 3 words comes to mind. Fun fun fun. This Okuma combo is now one of my favorite ways to go fishing. An absolute must have rod and reel combo that you need to have in your arsenal.
