DUBAI CHOCOLATE MOCHI BITES!🍫💚🍡✨ Let’s make the super soft and delicious mochi bites with no microwave and no steamer! I made the mochi bites on @nutricookworld “ONE PAN”💙 with healthy ceramic non-stick coating! I’m literally using the pan for anything & everything🫶🏼 If you are looking for a premium pan without all the toxins, Just go for this! It’s the BEST!!✨ The recipe is so good and too EASY to make! Do try and Enjoy Bestie!💗✨ Ingredients:💌 ♡Cocoa powder- 5g ♡Sugar- 30g ♡Corn starch- 10g ♡Milk- 85g ♡Glutinous Rice Flour- 45g ♡Butter- 10g 1. In a bowl, Add cocoa powder, Sugar, Corn starch, Glutinous rice flour and Milk. 2. Mix until combined with no lumbs. 3. Transfer to the pan. 4. Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed. 5. Remove from the heat, Add butter and let it melt for a minute. 6. Use hand gloves and Knead until stretchy. 7. Divide into bite size pieces and coat with corn starch to prevent sticking. 8. Blend the kataifi into small pieces in Nutricook Choppi which blends anything in seconds!🤌🏻 9. In the pan, Add some butter and toast the kataifi until it is crispy & golden. 10. Dip the mochi bites in pistachio paste and crispy katayfe. Enjoy!🫶🏼✨
