No. We practice them in a controlled environment and mitigate risks, slowly increasing difficulty over time. Maybe not the best way to talk about ownership of a dog but you get my point. Don’t go and adopt or buy the biggest dog you can find if you have never owned a dog… Don’t max out your BTN press if you don’t have experience with the movement 😊 The BTN press used to really hurt my shoulders, until I earned that movement. I literally started with a PVC pipe and hit 3-5 warm up/positional drill BEFORE pressing to optimize my current abilities.
