#NutrafolPartner I didn’t recognize it at first… the brain fog, the 3am wake ups, the way my hair started thinning. I thought I was just stressed or maybe just getting older.  Turns out, it was perimenopause and no one had prepared me for what that actually meant.  That’s why I was proud to share my story in #TheMenopauseEdit, a new print and digital feature from @nutrafol spotlighting real women and real experiences during this chapter of life. I opened up about the symptoms that caught me off guard, how they affected my confidence, and what finally helped me feel like myself again.
