Our customer Aileen bought Morel spawn in March 2022 and added some to her wood chip pile. Two years later, she was surprised to see Morels popping up in the greenhouse, right in a raised garden bed. The wood chips had been mixed into Cayuga Mix — a blend of premium screened topsoil, sand, and compost — creating ideal conditions for the fungi.
