RPE 7 for close-grip bench and accessories this week. I've been in and out of my neck brace the past few days because I am still dealing with some random spasms... but overall, I am feeling much better. Nationals is just 3.5 weeks out, and I’m doing everything I can to keep training smart and staying on track. I know I’ve been a bit MIA lately. It’s not personal, but I've just had to get into my zone for healing and focused training. Mentally, I’m locking in and trying to make every gym session count. Sometimes the post-lift chats go a little long (if you know what I mean), so I’m keeping things tighter for now. Hope there are no hard feelings.
