Mashed potatoes also contain B6, as well as potassium Vitamin C, and fiber! Vitamin C is found in potatoes, cranberries, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, and green beans. Vitamin D is in few foods, mainly fatty fish, egg yolks, cheese, and fortified foods.
