It supports cell growth and differentiation, playing a critical role in the formation and maintenance of skin cells INGREDIENTS 🍈1 cantaloupe  🍈1 can coconut milk 🍈2 tbsp maple syrup 🍈Mint and/or edible flowers to garnish (princess flower purple, sun daisy mix, micro flower blend)   RECIPE 1. Half cantaloupe and de-seed 2. Remove skin from 1 half and slice fruit. In the other half, scoop out the fruit of the cantaloupe with a spoon and refrigerate the skin for serving.  3. Add fruit to a freezer-safe container. Open the coconut milk and pour over cantaloupe. Freeze for 3 hours to overnight. 4. Once frozen, blend with maple syrup until smooth. Add ice cream to the cantaloupe rind and place in freezer for 15 minutes – up to 1 hour.  5.
