Making taco night cuter, one cone at a time!    🎥: @raspberry.clovers   Recipe Below ⬇️   INGREDIENTS 1 340 gram package impossible beef 1 tablespoon olive oil  3 cloves of garlic minced 1/2 yellow onion chopped 1 bell pepper chopped  1/2 tsp salt ground pepper to taste 1 tsp chilli powder   RECIPE For the taco cones  8 flour tortilla wraps -I used 6” wraps   Oil for brushing  1. Preheat oven to 350°F  2. Cut each tortilla in half and fold it into a cone shape. Hold each cone together with a toothpick. 3. Place tortilla cones upside down on a baking tray and brush with oil. 4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.  5. Cool cones and then fill with your fave taco fillings!  Vegan impossible beef filling Directions: 1. Heat the oil a frying pan. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat until onions are fragrant and transparent.  2. Add the bell pepper and cook for another minute. 3. Add the impossible beef. Break it up with a spoon and cook until no longer pink and heated through.  4. Add salt, pepper and chilli powder.
