Mix ingredients together, add your favourite toppings and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C. 392 cals | P 37g, C 36g, F 13g 🍗🤤 Baked Chicken Tenders HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: • 600g chicken tenderloins • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt (or buttermilk) • Lemon juice • 1 cup breadcrumbs • Seasonings of choice • Olive oil spray HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT: 1. Place the chicken in a bowl with yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon juice. 2. Mix the breadcrumbs and seasoning together in a seperate bowl to coat the chicken. 3.  🍮✨Vanilla Protein Custard HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: • 1 sachet lite custard powder (35g) • 250ml milk of choice • 320g high protein yoghurt HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT: 1.
