Hi everyone. Wanted to share my feedback and knowledge on the new Naboso Kinese Board. 🙌😄 This is a great new tool in your #naboso toolbox, it is a micro wobble system. It comes with 2 cushions pads underneath that can be moved around or advanced movements and challenge to even a single cushion. The benefits with creating a single isolated unstable surface is amazing. This allows us to focus and work on mobility and stability through either our wrist or our ankles. As a therapist and coach I have found that due to the over-usage of phones, keyboards, gaming, etc. Wrists take a brutal impact. So with utilizing the New Kinese Board. Were able to strength those opportunites and reduce to amount of daily function stressors on our wrist joint. This also applies to our ankle's which is seen in the 2nd and 3rd video. Our ankles and feet get compressed all day from daily function; from our shoes squeezing/crushing our toes, to walking on hard surfaces all day. Then not to mention high impact from sports and/or training. So to work on our mobility and stability in our ankle, using the kinese board; the micro wobble system. This will challenge, strengthen and protect our ankles overall.
