Here’s your daily routine: • Set your base: Feet shoulder-width apart, toes lifted, find your tripod (big toe joint, little toe joint, heel). • Exercise 1 – Forward Lean: Lean forward slightly, then return to standing. Feel your toes activate. • Exercise 2 – Single Leg Balance: Bend one knee, exhale, lift into single leg stance. 3 rounds per leg. • Exercise 3 – Heel Drive: Place a ball between your heels, lift slightly, and press heels into the ball.
