What started as a last-minute impulse turned into a product used by thousands. ⏳ About 2 years ago, I was wandering around the Canton Fair, on the very last day and came across this beautiful dual-use timer. Something about it caught my eye, and I thought: "this could work perfectly with the Pomodoro method." I took it home, used it for a couple of months, and while I loved the concept, switching between focus and rest manually got *really* annoying. Especially when you're doing 4–5 Pomodoros a day. It needed improvement. So we decided to stock it anyway, and to our surprise... it blew up 💥. We sold over 10,000 units in just 6 months 🤯 But I wasn’t done. I worked closely with the supplier, gave feedback, and we rebuilt the internals, from the PCB to the firmware while keeping the original look. What we ended up with is nothing like what you’ll find on AliExpress. Looks the same? Maybe. Functions the same? Not even close.
