Hellmann’s Mayo Frosting 7 tablespoons room temperature unsalted butter, very soft 1 heaping cup confectioners sugar ¼ tsp kosher salt ⅔ cups @hellmannsmayonnaise In a large bowl with a spoon, mix butter, confectioners sugar, and salt together on low speed for 1 minute, or until mixture has begun to combine. Mix very well by hand! Add mayo to the mixture, and mix together on slowly speed for 1 minute. Scrape the bowl one last time and whip for an additional minute.
