This easy LAZY WEEKNIGHT DINNER is made in one pan and it is delicious. It is so easy to do because it comes together in minutes and it will wow your family any night of the week. In this recipe, I use Teresa’s Tuscan Spice in the marinade. I sell this spice on my website and it is fabulous. It is a blend of amazing Mediterranean spices and you can use it on so many things from chicken, to veggies and fish…even in salads. I also use my Italian style breadcrumbs. I highly recommend that you make them the recipe for that is on my website. They are great because you could make a large batch of them and store them in your freezer. If you do not want to make them, you could use store-bought Italian style breadcrumbs, and add grated pecorino to them.
