This Cannoli Dip is so easy to put together and my family loved it.  Try this for your summer cookouts.  It can be made in advance so that makes it even better!. I like to serve it with cannoli chips, strawberries (halved), chocolate chip cookies, and graham crackers, but you can use any other dippers you would like. You can even do broken waffle cones. Full recipe below and on my website www.miciamammas.com Cannoli Dip (Serves 6 to 8) Ingredients 1 ½ Cups Ricotta, pat dry any excess water with a paper towel 8 oz. Mascarpone 1 ½ Cups Powdered Sugar, plus extra to top the dip with 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract ⅛ tsp. Almond Extract 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips, plus 2 tbsp to top the dip with Cannoli Shells Pieces, Strawberries (halved), Chocolate Chip Cookies, Graham Crackers or any other dippers you would like. Method In a stand mixer (or you can use a hand mixer) fitted with a whisk attachment, add in all the ingredients except the chocolate chips and whip until well combined and creamy. Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Top with more chips and a dusting of powdered sugar. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
