Slammin’ Sammies Episode 7: Tri Tip Sandwich 🥪🔥 Ingredients: - Tri Tip - Sandwich roll - 3-4 onions - 1/4 cup maple syrup - 1/4 cup honey - Splash of balsamic vinegar - 1 lemon juices - 3 tbsp butter - Arugula - Provolone cheese Ingredient’s horseradish sauce: - 1/2 cup sour cream - 1/4 cup mayo - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard - 3 tbsp horseradish - 1 clove garlic crushed - 1/2 lemon juiced - Fresh chopped dill - Splash Balsamic vinegar - Salt to taste First season your tri tip with salt and your favorite steak seasoning. Fire up your @masterbuilt smoker to 275F and smoke until it hits an internal temp of 100F then crank up the heat on your grill to 500F to sear it. While the steak cooks make your onions by adding to a pan with some avocado oil and caramelize on medium heat. After about 10 minutes add your balsamic vinegar, butter, and lemon. Then in another 10 minutes add your maple syrup and honey and simmer on low until thick. Make your horseradish sauce by combining everything in a bowl and mix.
