She attended Gonzaga University before transferring to the University of Arizona, where she played collegiate golf and helped lead the Wildcats to the 2018 NCAA Women’s Golf Championship. Earning her LPGA Tour card through the LPGA Q-Series in 2019, Pagdanganan turned professional in 2020. Notably, she tied for fourth place in the women's golf event at the 2024 Paris Olympics with a total stroke count of 282, the best ranking achieved by a Filipino golfer at the Olympics.
