On the journey with LNDR ambassador @elliegel 👇 Where has hard work taken you? From someone who didn't exercise, to someone who only did to lose weight, and now finally quitting my desk job to become a full time coach and athlete who trains to compete and see what my body is truly capable of! How it looked at the start? I was all in - doing as many classes as I could and entering as many competitions as I could find. What it looks like now? I see sometimes less is more; I'm strategic with my competitions, love my rest days, and try and find the good in every single training day, even those that don't go to plan. What's the biggest BS in the industry? That you have to be a gifted or natural athlete to achieve big things. Everyone will have things they find naturally easier but noone can be gifted in every domain, and those that show up consistently with the right attitude and a long term focus are those that prevail. And in fitness activewear, the biggest BS is when companies don't have eco goals alongside fashion. What's the point of supporting healthy humans if you're creating clothes that are harming the health of the environment? That's genuinely why I love LNDR.
